Felix Jones Junior (* 8. May 1987 in Tulsa , Oklahoma ) is an American American football poker players in the position of running backs . He last played for the Pittsburgh Steelers in the National Football League (NFL).
Player career
college
Felix Jones played American football in high school and graduated from the University of Arkansas . With the Arkansas Razorbacks , he played as running back college football from 2005 to 2007 . In 2006, he gained a space gain of 1,225 yards in 154 runs, which corresponds to an average of 7.6 yards per run. In 2007 he was able to increase his average to 8.7 yards per run. He was then voted All American .
NFL
Dallas Cowboys
Jones was selected as the 22nd player by the Dallas Cowboys in the first round of the 2008 NFL Draft . During the five years with the Dallas Cowboys , Jones achieved a total of 2,782 yards of space and eleven touchdowns from running plays , and 1,062 yards of space and three touchdowns from passing plays .
Pittsburgh Steelers
On May 14, 2013 Jones signed a one-year contract with the Philadelphia Eagles , but was given to the Pittsburgh Steelers by a player swap before the start of the season . On August 23, 2013, the Eagles traded Jones for Adrian Robinson , a linebacker from the Pittsburgh Steelers.
