Fernando Barbosa dos Santos CM (born March 5, 1967 in Sertânia , Pernambuco , Brazil ) is a Brazilian religious and prelate of Tefé .
Life
Fernando Barbosa dos Santos joined the religious community of the Lazarists , made his profession on February 11, 1995 and was ordained a priest on January 20, 1996 .
Pope Francis appointed him Prelate of Tefé on May 14, 2014 . The Archbishop of Fortaleza , José Antônio Aparecido Tosi Marques , ordained him episcopal on August 28 of the same year. Co- consecrators were the retired Archbishop of Belém do Pará , Vicente Joaquim Zico CM, and his predecessor Sérgio Eduardo Castriani CSSp , Archbishop of Manaus . The inauguration in Tefé took place on September 21, 2014.
