Figaros Wölfe is a German rape-and-revenge love film from 2017 by Dominik Galizia.

action

While the decent bourgeoisie strolls at the foot of an opulent building, a strange girl named Colette ( Saralisa Volm ) lives on its roof. Her body is a coveted object of three men who apparently attack her every day until a stranger ( Franz Rogowski ) suddenly changes her existence. Your freedom reaches into the sky and yet no further than the roof edge, isolated from the local human existence. The roof is at the same time the hunting ground of Figaro and his crooks with shameful intentions, as well as a catchment basin for all atrocities that cannot take proper place in the middle-class turmoil.

production

The film is a no-budget production and was financed completely independently by the German crowdfunding platform Startnext . The total budget of the film was around € 20,000.

The film was shot in September 2015 on a high-rise near Kottbusser Tor in Berlin, as well as additional outdoor shots in Berchtesgaden .

Figaros Wolves premiered at the Fantasy Filmfest on September 10, 2017.
