Florentino Simón y Garriga
Florentino Simón y Garriga CMF (born March 14, 1868 in Murchante , † November 23, 1935 ) was a Roman Catholic religious and prelate of São José do Alto Tocantins .
Life
Florentino Simón y Garriga joined the Order of the Claretians and was ordained a priest on November 8, 1891 . Pius XI. appointed him on April 10, 1931 prelate of São José do Alto Tocantins and titular bishop of Leuce .
The Archbishop of São Paulo , Duarte Leopoldo e Silva , donated him episcopal ordination on June 21 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were José Marcondes Homem de Melo , Archbishop ad personam of São Carlos do Pinhal , and Francisco de Campos Barreto , Bishop of Campinas .
