Florian Bramböck (born May 31, 1959 in Innsbruck ) is an Austrian composer , lecturer and saxophonist .

Life

He completed his studies at the Tyrolean Conservatory in Innsbruck, the University of Music and Performing Arts Graz with Peter Straub Saxophon and Karlheinz Miklin (jazz), the University of Miami , Florida , United States and Ivan Roth in Basel . He graduated in 1984 (classical diploma) and 1985 (jazz diploma) with his instrument saxophone. Since 1984 he has lectured at the Tyrolean Conservatory in Innsbruck and since 1993 jazz saxophone at the Anton Bruckner Private University in Linz , Upper Austria , Austria . He was also a lecturer at the University Mozarteum Salzburg , Department of Music Education Innsbruck .

Since 1984 he has also worked as a composer.
