Florian Kaiper (born May 26, 1995 in Vienna ) is an Austrian handball player .

Career

Born in Vienna, he started playing handball at Union West Vienna in his youth . As a youth player, Kaiper was also part of the youth team of the Vienna Handball Association, where he played with future teammates such as Sebastian Frimmel and Julian Ranftl . Furthermore, the goalkeeper was part of the junior national team, which reached 6th place at the European Junior Championships in 2014. Kaiper made his entry into men's handball at SG Handball West Vienna , where he is still under contract today. The goalkeeper has already played several times with SG Handball West Wien in the EHF Cup qualification, with reaching the second round in the 2017/18 season being the greatest success so far.
