The Ua Pou Airport (IATA: UAP , ICAO: NTMP ), French Aérodrome de Ua Pou , is an airport on Ua Pou in French Polynesia . The airport is located in the north of the island, eleven kilometers west-northwest of the island's capital, Hakahau . The short runway has a steep gradient of 29 meters towards the coast.
