Fontenelle-en-Brie is a village with 201 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the French region of Hauts-de-France , in the region of Hauts-de-France, in the department of Aisne and in the arrondissement of Château-Thierry . The formerly independent municipality belonged to the canton of Condé-en-Brie until 2015 and was then defeated to the canton of Essômes-sur-Marne . By decree of September 10, 2015, it was incorporated into the newly formed community of Dhuys et Morin-en-Brie , a commune nouvelle , with effect from January 1, 2016 . Since then, the village has had the status of a Commune déléguée .
