Francisco Medina Ramírez OCD ( October 12, 1922 - October 13, 1988 ) was a prelate in El Salto .
Life
Francisco Medina Ramírez joined the religious order of the Discalced Carmelites at and received on 17 August 1947, the sacrament of Holy Orders .
On December 7, 1973, Pope Paul VI appointed him . the titular bishop of Sesta and ordered him to prelates of El Salto. The Archbishop of Durango , Antonio López Aviña , donated him episcopal ordination on March 9, 1974 ; Co- consecrators were the Bishop of Torreón , Fernando Romo Gutiérrez , and the Bishop of Mazatlán , Miguel García Franco . On February 15, 1978, Francisco Medina Ramírez resigned as titular bishop of Sesta .
