Franco Aliberti , full name Franco Júnior Aliberti Barreto , (born June 16, 1984 in Montevideo ) is a Uruguayan football player .

Career

society

The 1.73-meter-tall offensive player Aliberti was in the ranks of Danubio FC at the beginning of his career from 2003 to mid-2004 . He then met eight times in the opposing goal for Deportivo Maldonado in 14 appearances in the Primera División by the end of the year . In the first half of 2005 he belonged again to the Danubios team and played four first division games (one goal) for the Montevideans. In July 2005, Aliberti moved to Plaza Colonia . There he was used in the Apertura 2005 in 15 first division games and scored six goals. For Clausura 2006 he joined the Montevideo Wanderers , for whom he scored six goals in 16 first division appearances in that half series. In the Apertura 2006 he was a player for Miramar Misiones twice (no goal) in the top Uruguayan league. He completed the same number of league games in the Clausura 2007 for the first division club Bella Vista . He spent the 2007/08 season in the ranks of Club Atlético Progreso . The statistics show him five goals in 24 first division games. In the Apertura 2008 followed a career station at Club Atlético Cerro , for whose team he scored three goals in 13 appearances in the Primera División. From the beginning of 2009 he continued his career abroad. In his club membership until February 2010, the Peruvian club recorded 34 league appearances and seven goals as well as two completed games (no goal) in the 2009 Copa Libertadores . Subsequently, Deportivo Pasto was his employer until the beginning of September 2010 . Aliberti then returned to Uruguay from the Colombian team and joined El Tanque Sisley until the end of the 2010/11 season . There he played 14 first division matches and stood out as a goalscorer once. LDU Loja was his next career station until the end of August 2012. He scored twice in eight league games for the Ecuadorians. This was followed by an engagement in Peru at José Gálvez FBC . There he was used in 51 games of the Primera División and scored ten times in the opposing goal. In January 2014, Aliberti left the club in favor of Patriotas Boyacá . After six personally goalless league appearances, he returned to Uruguay in late August 2014. He signed his last contract with his former club Miramar Misiones. In the Apertura of the 2014/15 season, including his last appearance on December 20, 2014, he played 14 times (four goals) in the Segunda División .

National team

Aliberti was part of the Uruguayan U-17 team coached by Juan Jacinto Rodríguez , who took part in the U-17 South American Championship in Peru in 2001 and finished in 6th place. He contributed both Uruguayan goals to the 2: 3 defeat against Venezuela's team. In the 2-1 win against the Peruvian team, he scored a goal.
