Franz Barth (politician, 1802)

Franz Barth (born January 28, 1802 in Innsbruck ; † December 4, 1877 ibid) was a German lawyer, politician and member of the Frankfurt National Assembly .

Life

Franz Barth was the son of the innkeeper Georg Barth from Innsbruck and his wife Maria, née Bodner. He studied law in Innsbruck and Vienna .

From 1827 to 1828 he was a concept candidate in the Innsbruck Gubernium , after which he was a concept intern in Innsbruck, Schwaz and Trient until 1837 . He then worked for the district office in Rovereto until 1842 . This was followed by posts as district commissioner in Rovereto, Innsbruck, Schwaz and Bregenz until 1849 .

From April 4, 1849 to April 18, 1849, he was a member of the constituency of Tyrol and Vorarlberg (2nd Lower Inn Valley, Schwaz) in the Paulskirche parliament in Frankfurt. He followed Andreas von Gredler's mandate and remained non-attached .

From 1849 to 1854 he was district captain 1st class and president of the basic relief commission in Innsbruck. He then served until 1862 as a District Chief operates as a real Statthaltereirat and up. 1868 In 1867, for example, he was the political head of the commission for the correction of the Rhine . In 1868 he became President of the Central Agricultural Committee of the Agricultural Society for Tyrol and Vorarlberg.

In 1868 Barth retired, and in 1875 he was appointed councilor.
