Franz Kirchgeßner

Franz Kirchgeßner (born March 20, 1803 in Rauenberg ; † January 13, 1867 in Freiburg im Breisgau ; Catholic) was a lawyer who had been in the Baden state service since 1832 and was retired in 1864.

Franz Kirchgeßner was the son of Ignaz Kirchgeßner, secretary of the Landvogtei Rauenberg , and Susanna née Weber. He married Luise nee Siegl, with whom he had eight children.

Life

From October 23, 1822 he studied law at the University of Heidelberg and passed the state examination on January 22, 1830 . In 1832 he received the written constitution in administrative matters in Karlsruhe and on September 29, 1835 was court attorney and procurator at the court court of the Middle Rhine district in Rastatt . On May 6, 1841, he became an official assessor at the Mosbach district office and from March 3, 1842, he became an official at the Eberbach district office . On July 5, 1843, he moved to the Boxberg district office and on April 6, 1848, he became the head of the Philippsburg district office . On 26 November 1850 he was the secretary of the district government of Seekreises in Konstanz added, and then from 13 April 1852 Upper Rhine district of Freiburg . His retirement took place on July 29, 1864.
