Franz Loskarn
Franz Loskarn (born May 3, 1890 in Munich ; † April 23, 1978 there ) was a German actor and Bavarian folk actor .
Life
The trained goldsmith took singing and acting lessons from Viktor Schwanneke. From 1914 to 1918 he participated in the war. In autumn 1918 he made his stage debut in Ingolstadt .
Loskarn developed into a typical folk actor who appeared on various Bavarian stages. In Munich he worked at the Volkstheater and the Münchner Kammerspiele, among others . At the Konrad-Dreher-Bühne he worked temporarily as senior director.
From 1927 he was also seen in films. As a supporting actor he was involved in numerous productions with a rough, romantic, alpine background; his role as communist leader in the propaganda film Blood Brotherhood was one of the exceptions. Loskarn, who also worked frequently in radio, recently achieved greater fame as the clerk Haberkorn in the popular television series Royal Bavarian District Court .
