Free Birds - Eat Us Another Day (Original Title: Free Birds ) is a computer-animated film from 2013, which was produced by Reel FX Creative Studios . Directed by Jimmy Hayward .

action

The film is about the two turkeys Reggie and Jake, who take their own fate into their own hands and travel to Plymouth with the STEVE time machine in 1621 to avoid the first Thanksgiving .

Unfortunately, rewriting the story is not that easy: Reggie falls in love with the hot turkey Jenny and gets into trouble with his " rooster-in-law ", while Jake's crazy rescue plan ensures that the whole turkey clan is targeted by trigger-happy Dynamite Joe. At the last second, Reggie escapes the chaos he and Jake wreaked in the past back into the present. There he realizes that he shouldn't let his friends down. So he gets pizza and returns to change the Thanksgiving tradition so that pizza is now eaten instead of turkey.
