Friedrich Philipp Wilhelm von Malapert called Neufville (from 1792 Freiherr von ) (born September 30, 1784 in Frankfurt am Main , † May 22, 1852 in Batignolles-Monceaux ) was a German lawyer and politician. He was Senior Mayor of the Free City of Frankfurt .

Friedrich Philipp Wilhelm von Malapert was the son of the lay judge, senator and mayor in Frankfurt am Main, Friedrich Wilhelm Freiherr von Malapert called von Neufville (born April 26, 1755 in Frankfurt am Main; † January 2, 1818 ibid) and his wife Susanna Elisabeth born Schneider (born May 4, 1756 in Frankfurt am Main; † April 26, 1831 there). The state government director Wilhelm Gustav Adolf Freiherr von Malapert called von Neufville (1787–1862) was his brother. On April 11, 1792, the father received the imperial confirmation of the elevation to the hereditary imperial baron and the name and coat of arms association of de Neufville and von Malapert.

Friedrich Philipp Wilhelm von Malapert was a lawyer in the imperial city of Frankfurt. From 1819 to 1831 he was legal counsel and appellate judge in Frankfurt. In 1816 he was a senator and from 1820 to 1831 lay judge in the Senate of the Free City of Frankfurt . In 1818 he was the junior mayor, in 1827 and 1830 the senior mayor of the city. He was a member of the Legislative Body in 1817, 1819 to 1826 and 1829. He was President of the Legislative Body from 1827 and from 1829 to 1830.
