Baron Friedrich Wilhelm von Kannenberg (* 1693 ; † May 22, 1762 ) was chief of the Dragoon Regiment 4 and chief steward to Queen Elisabeth Christine and Hereditary Marshal of the Principality of Minden .

family

Friedrich Wilhelm von Kannenberg was the grandson of General Christoph von Kannenberg from Brandenburg (born January 19, 1615 - † February 10, 1673). His father was the royal Polish chamberlain Baron Friedrich Wilhelm von Kannenberg († August 9, 1714) and his mother was his wife Baroness Barbara Helene von Bibra and Reissicht († 1719)

He was married to Countess Charlotte Albertine Finck von Finckenstein (born January 22, 1706 - March 8, 1795) since June 19, 1722 . She was the daughter of Field Marshal Albrecht Konrad Finck von Finckenstein . A daughter emerged from this marriage: Sophia Fredericke Wilhelmine (* February 2, 1724; † March 19, 1806) ∞ Henning Alexander von Kahlden (1713–1758).

Since Friedrich Wilhelm von Kannenberg was the last of his family, the dignity of Hereditary Marshal of the Principality of Minden went to the von Kahlden family with royal permission .
