Frithjof Fratzer

Frithjof Fratzer (born August 28, 1934 in Nastatten , Taunus , † June 14, 2010 in Boppard ) was a former German government director. D., lawyer and author who mainly published poetry and volumes of short stories.

life and work

Frithjof Fratzer was born in Nastätten in 1934. After studying law and economics in Mainz and Freiburg im Breisgau , he made a career as a lawyer and administrative officer for the state of Rhineland-Palatinate .

In 1979 his first volume of poetry was published with the title Unter der alten Eibe . In 2001, the novel A loop stayed empty was published. In 2004 the book of stories Der Lästerbaum followed by Pandion-Verlag. Fratzer regularly read from his works at cultural events and had numerous publications (especially poems) in the daily and specialist press.

Frithjof Fratzer died on June 14, 2010 at the age of 75 in Boppard.
