Fritz Issmer
Fritz Ißmer (born June 18, 1865 in Waldenburg , Lower Silesia , † June 24, 1930 in Breslau ) was a German administrative lawyer in Silesia .
Life
Fritz Ißmer studied law at the Silesian Friedrich Wilhelms University . In 1884 he became a member of the Corps Borussia Breslau . After the first examination, he was from the University of Leipzig Dr. iur. PhD. WorldCat has two dissertations by “Fritz Issmer”. After the assessor examination, he joined the internal administration of the Kingdom of Prussia as a government assessor . From 1898 to 1917 Issmer district administrator of the district Leobschütz . He retired in Breslau.
