Fritz Klauck

Friedrich Karl Ernst "Fritz" Klauck (born March 16, 1923 in Berlin ; † April 26, 1967 there ) was a German journalist and politician ( CDU ).

Life

Klauck attended the Schiller Realgymnasium in Berlin-Charlottenburg . After being drafted into the Wehrmacht in 1942, he took part in the Second World War as a soldier until 1945 . From 1946 he studied Protestant theology and philosophy at the Humboldt University in Berlin , moved to the Free University of Berlin in 1948 and studied journalism, psychology, sociology and modern history there until 1952. Until 1953 he worked as a freelance journalist. From 1954 to 1957 he worked as a personal advisor to the Berlin Senator for Popular Education, Joachim Tiburtius . He was also chairman of the German Association of Young Publicists from 1950 to 1967.

Klauck joined the Junge Union in 1946 . He was one of the founding members of the Junge Union at the federal level and was state chairman of the Junge Union Berlin from 1955 to 1956. From 1957 to 1965 he was regional manager of the CDU Berlin , from 1961 to 1963 chairman of the CDU Berlin-Schöneberg. From 1955 to 1958 he was a district councilor in the district council assembly of Charlottenburg . In the Berlin elections in 1958 and 1963 he was elected to the Berlin House of Representatives, to which he belonged until 1967.

Fritz Klauck had been with Margard, b. Leidenroth, married and had two sons.
