Fritz Rheinisch

Johann Friedrich Rheinisch (* 20th March 1868 in Burgfarrnbach ; † 27. April 1953 in Lauf ) was a German Reichsgerichtsrat and after 1945, as a 80-year-old judge in Middle Franconia.

Life

His father was a doctor. Fritz Rheinisch was Protestant. In 1886 he passed the Abitur at the Melanchthon Gymnasium in Nuremberg . He then studied law in Würzburg and Erlangen . During his studies he became a member of the AMV zu Würzburg . Rheinisch took the final exam in Erlangen in 1890. In December 1893 he passed the state examination in Ansbach. Then he was initially a legal assistant in Hof and Nuremberg. From 1895 to 1896 he was admitted to the bar at the Nuremberg Regional Court . Then he was employed as a secretary at the regional court until the end of 1897. In 1898 he was appointed magistrate in Lauingen a. D. appointed and in July to theNuremberg District Court moved. In 1900 he became the second public prosecutor at the Bayreuth regional court . In 1904 he was promoted to the regional judge in Zweibrücken . In 1915 he was awarded the title and rank of higher regional judge . In 1916 the only son died in the battle for Verdun . In the same year Rheinisch became a public prosecutor at the higher regional court in Zweibrücken . In 1920 he became a higher regional judge in Nuremberg . In 1925 he came to the Reichsgericht. He worked as a judge in the IV Criminal Senate , the V Criminal Senate and the VIII Civil Senate .

In 1934/35 he successfully requested early retirement.

In 1945, the district administrator and the American military governor of Lauf joined the retired Reichsgerichtsrat in search of unencumbered judges. D. Rheinisch approach. On October 1, 1945, the district court of Lauf-Pegnitz was reopened and Rheinisch became supervisory judge and director of the court. For a short time in 1945 he also took over the supervision of the Hersbruck District Court . In 1948 Rheinisch retired on his 80th birthday. In November 1948 Rheinisch was appointed chairman of the Chamber of Reparations for Upper and Middle Franconia. Rheinisch was finally retired by Justice Minister Müller in April 1949 . On July 5, 1952, Rheinisch was awarded the Federal Cross of Merit (Steckkreuz) “in recognition of special merits”.
