Full Circle is a music album by the US rapper Xzibit .

It was released in 2006 on the labels Open Bar Entertainment , Straight from the Shoulders Music, Inc. & KOCH Records and is assigned to the rap genre , more precisely to West Coast rap .

History of origin

Full Circle is Xzibit's sixth album. It is the first album by his own label Open Bar Entertainment. The album is mainly influenced by the producer Jelly Roll, who produced four of the 14 songs, played three of them himself and acted as executive producer. He also experimented with the club sound that was popular in the USA at the time , such as Hyphy, a kind of West Coast crunk . Furthermore, in the run-up to publication, he repeatedly emphasized that the texts would be more mature in order to express his more adult worldview.

Although Xzibit split up with Sony BMG Music Entertainment after five albums in a dispute (see Weapons of Mass Destruction ), this label took over distribution in Europe, as KOCH Records does not have its own distribution there.
