Restless is a music album by the American rapper Xzibit .

Restless was released in 2000 on Epic Records & Loud Records, both sub-labels of Sony Music Entertainment Inc. , as well as on Xzibit's own label Open Bar Entertainment and is assigned to the rap genre , more specifically West Coast rap . It is by far the most successful Xzibit album and marks its breakthrough into the ranks of rap stars .

Restless is Xzibit's third album. This broke with his style of the two previous albums, which was influenced by the Alkaholiks and took on a more suitable for the masses, the typical sound of Dr. Dre resembled. The album was awarded platinum by the RIAA on January 23, 2001 .

Restless was released on December 12, 2000 in the US and on December 11, 2000 in Germany . It also appeared in countless other countries where Sony Music Entertainment Inc. operated. The first single was X , on its B-side Double Time and a remix of the single Year 2000, which was not included on the album . This was followed by the release of Front 2 Back with Alkaholik and a remix of X on the B-side. The third single was Get Your Walk On .
