The hamlet of Göringsreuth is a district of the district town of Wunsiedel in the district of Wunsiedel in the Fichtel Mountains (northeast Bavaria), two kilometers west of the district town on the southern edge of the Zeitelmoos . In 2000 there were 17 people living in Göringsreuth.

history

The place was mentioned in a bill in 1421/22 when the residents had to deliver eggs to the margrave bailiff in Hohenberg as interest. In the land register of the six offices of 1499 three farms are named that belonged to the court in Schönbrunn . In 1818 the hamlet belonged to the political municipality of Hildenbach .
