The village of Sinatengrün is a district of the district town of Wunsiedel in the Upper Franconian district of Wunsiedel in the Fichtel Mountains in northeast Bavaria . In the year 2000 51 people lived there, and the trend was rising in the following years. Holidays on the farm are offered.

Sinatengrün is located northeast of the core town of Wunsiedel on the state road St 2965. The Bibersbach , a tributary of the Röslau , flows south of it. The A 93 runs to the east .
