Gösta Lilliehöök (born  May 15, 1884 in Stockholm , †  November 18, 1974 in Danderyd ; actually Gustaf Malcolm Lilliehöök ) was a Swedish athlete who was active in modern pentathlon .

He took part in the 1912 Summer Olympics in his native Stockholm and won the gold medal in the modern pentathlon in front of his compatriots Gösta Åsbrink and Georg de Laval . This made him the first ever Olympic champion in this sport.

His victory ushered in a phase of dominance by Swedish athletes in modern pentathlon, who were able to win all Olympic competitions in this sport up to the 1932 games in Los Angeles , and also a triple at the games in Antwerp in 1920 and in Paris in 1924 and in 1928 in Amsterdam and in 1932 achieved a double success. Swedish athletes also won the Olympic competitions in the modern pentathlon from 1948 to 1956 in the first three games after World War II .
