Born in 1996 in Livingston , New Jersey , Brennan grew up in her hometown of Westfield and began a career as a model at the age of about six months. From the age of around four, she was also used regularly in commercials and at that time was recorded by the model agency Ford Models , based in Manhattan . She worked in the formerly dominant model agency in the United States until she was nine years old before she got her first film role, which pushed her modeling career into the background. The sports enthusiast Brennan, who plays softball and baseball in an all-boy team , was brought to athletics by her older brother and also skis, had her first appearance in a television series in an episode of the Australian television series Stingers in 2002 . She had another job when she was still working in the modeling business in 2004 in the film As Cool as Jennifer , where she slipped into the role of young Cali . She finally celebrated her breakthrough in 2006, when she was used in a major supporting role in the film Walker Payne . She also had two different roles in the 2006 television series Law & Order: Special Victims Unit , one of which was only a speaking role.

In 2007 she got her next important supporting role, which she took in the film The Life Before My Eyes with the role of young Emma . In the same year she was featured in the film Noise! in a no less essential or successful role as Chris Owen , the child of Helen Owen (played by Bridget Moynahan ) and David Owen ( Tim Robbins ). In the following year 2008, Brennan also worked in the film Long Legs, Short Lies and a Bit of Truth ... , where actors such as Bruce Willis and Mischa Barton were represented, in a not insignificant supporting role. In 2009 she finally appeared in As Cool as Jennifer: Volume 2 , the second part of this series after 2004, where she again took on the role of young Cali , who is played in the older version of Katherine Dillingham . She also appeared in a leading role in the Australian short film Key Change , a roughly five-minute production that premiered in Australia in June 2009. After that, Brennan could not record any further noteworthy use in the film and television business until 2014. After leaving middle school , the musical Gabrielle Brennan, who plays the flute as well as the piano, is now in high school . She gained further acting experience in a staged reading for the film Everybody's Fine by director Kirk Jones , after which she was praised by fellow actors such as Robert De Niro , Kate Winslet , Parker Posey , Matt Dillon and Josh Lucas .

In 2014 she appeared again in a relevant film or television production for the first time in more than five years; in the first episode of the second season of the Australian series The Time of Our Lives , she appeared in a minor minor role.
