The Gapeau is a river in France that runs in the Var department in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region . It rises in the Massif de la Sainte-Baume , in the municipality of Signes , generally drains in a south-easterly direction and flows into the Mediterranean after 43 kilometers in the municipality of Hyères .
