The Gauliga Weser-Ems 1944/45 was the third season of the Gauliga Weser-Ems of the football department . The Gauliga Weser-Ems was again divided into three groups this season, the winners of which were originally supposed to play the Gaume Championship in a final group. Due to the war, gaming in the groups Oldenburg-Ostfriesland and Bremen was stopped in February 1945. It is currently not known whether the Osnabrück group started playing at all this season.
With the surrender of Germany, the existence of the Gauliga Weser-Ems also ended. With the British zone championship , there was again a national game operation for clubs from north and north-west Germany in the post-war period.
