Georg Danner (master builder)
Georg Danner († December 24, 1686 in Unterbissingen ), also written as Thanner , was a master builder who mainly built church buildings in the area around Dillingen on the Danube .
Life
Little information has survived about the life of the master builder Georg Danner. He came from "Falkenstein in Bavaria" and settled in Bissingen , where he married on July 10, 1668. From 1677 until his death he lived in Unterbissingen.

- 1678–1680: Catholic branch and pilgrimage church of the Assumption of Mary in Buggenhofen (renovation)
- 1678–1682: Catholic parish church of Our Lady Immaculate Conception (Maria Immaculata) in Schwennenbach (new building of the nave)
- 1682: Catholic branch church St. Oswald in Oberglauheim (tower top with gables and saddle roof)
- 1684: former Teutonic order house in Bissingen (today a catholic rectory )
- 1701–1702: Catholic pilgrimage church of Our Lady in the Moos in Kicklingen (plans from 1682)
