Georg Weber (politician, 1892)
Georg Weber (born December 23, 1892 in Schwabmünchen , † October 28, 1964 in the Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen district ) was a German politician.
Life
Weber attended the Catholic elementary school in Schwabmünchen and the St. Stephan humanistic high school in Augsburg , where he graduated from high school in 1913. With an interruption during the First World War , he studied New Languages at the University of Munich and passed the teaching examination. He then worked as a teacher and prefect for modern languages in Rosenheim , Latvia , Brazil , southern Germany , at the Schondorf Landerziehungsheim am Ammersee and at the Ingolstadt secondary school . In 1946 he was elected Lord Mayor of Ingolstadt and held this office until 1952. From 1952 to 1957 he was a member of the Bavarian Senate .
Weber had been a member of the Catholic student association KDStV Aenania Munich since 1914 , and later he became a member of the KDStV Trifels Munich.
