Gerhard Dohr

Gerhard Dohr (* 1964 in Vienna ) is an Austrian production designer .

Life

Gerhard Dohr trained as a car - Spengler and attended a Higher Technical School of Engineering . He worked for the Wiener Festwochen , for state exhibitions and in advertising. From 1989 he worked in the field of decoration construction in numerous cinema and television productions. Dohr made his debut as a production designer together with Katrin Huber in the film Michael , released in 2011 . Further jobs as a production designer followed. He was responsible for the equipment for the awards of the Austrian Film Prize 2014 and the Austrian Film Prize 2016 .

Dohr is a member of the Academy of Austrian Films .
