Giancarlo Prete
Giancarlo Prete (born February 5, 1942 in Rome , † March 9, 2001 there ) was an Italian actor .
Life
Prete studied law and was active as a wrestler in the Greco-Roman style . His physical presence led to offers as a stuntman , which he took up from 1961 to 1967. After briefly studying acting with Alessandro Fersen , he initially received mainly supporting roles in Italian genre films. As the next decade began, his roles grew. Among other things, she also played in television series . From around 1985 he worked mainly as a dubbing director. Occasionally he also played on stage.
Prete died of a brain tumor in 2001 .
He also used the pseudonyms Timothy Brent and Philip Garner .
