Gilbert Masai
Gilbert Masai (born December 16, 1989 ) is a Kenyan long-distance runner who specializes in road running.
In 2010 he finished fifth in the Lisbon half marathon and second in the half marathon competition of the Paderborn Easter run and the Valencia half marathon .
In 2012 he came in fifth at the Lisbon Half Marathon and the Lille Half Marathon . In the following year, he was sixth in the Paris Half Marathon , tenth in the Paris Marathon and fourth in the Taiyuan Marathon .
In 2015 he finished second at the Grand Prix of Prague and the La Rochelle Marathon and in 2016 fourth at the Copenhagen Half Marathon and the Bredase Singelloop .
In 2017 he won the Berlin half marathon in 59:57 minutes. In autumn he came seventh in the Košice marathon . In 2018 he finished fourth in the Venlo half marathon and fourth in the Berlin half marathon.
In 2019 he won the Warsaw Half Marathon .
