Giovanni Crippa
Giovanni Crippa IMC (born October 6, 1958 in Besana in Brianza ) is an Italian religious and Roman Catholic bishop of Estância .
Life
Giovanni Crippa joined the order of the Consolata Missionaries , made his profession on September 13, 1981 and was ordained a priest on September 14, 1985 .
Pope Benedict XVI appointed him on March 21, 2012 auxiliary bishop in São Salvador da Bahia and titular bishop of Accia . The Archbishop of Feira de Santana , Itamar Navildo Vian OFMCap , donated him episcopal ordination on May 13 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were Murilo Sebastião Ramos Krieger SCJ , Archbishop of São Salvador da Bahia, and Walmir Alberto Valle , Former Bishop of Joaçaba .
Pope Francis appointed him Bishop of Estância on July 9, 2014 .
