Gladson Cameli

Gladson de Lima Cameli (born March 26, 1978 in Cruzeiro do Sul ) is a Brazilian politician and engineer from the state of Acre . He is a member of the Partido Progressista (PP), the progress party.

Life

Cameli was a federal representative for his home state in the Brazilian Chamber of Deputies from 2007 to 2015 . He was elected Senator in the 2014 elections in Brazil and represented Acre in the Brazilian Federal Senate from 2015 to January 1, 2019 . He was involved in the Petrobras scandal at the time .

In the first round of the 2018 elections in Brazil , he was elected 18th Governor of Acre to succeed Tião Viana .
