The Gmina Białowieża [ bʲawɔˈvʲɛʒa ] is a rural municipality in the powiat Hajnowski of the Podlaskie Voivodeship in Poland . Their seat is the village of the same name ( Lithuanian Bialovieža ; Belarusian Белаве́жа ).

The rural community of Białowieża has eight districts with a school district: Białowieża , Podolany, Czerlonka, Budy, Grudki, Podcerkwy, Pogorzelce, Przewłoka, Teremiski and Zwierzyniec.
