Gmina Dorohusk is a rural municipality in the Chełmski powiat of the Lublin Voivodeship in Poland . Its seat is the village of Dorohusk (Ukrainian Дорогуск / Dorohusk ; Russian Дорогуск / Dorogusk ) with about 500 inhabitants.

The rural community is located 20 km east of Chełm on the Western Bug , which forms the external border between the European Union and Ukraine .

Droga ekspresowa S12 / E 373 runs through the eponymous village . Traffic to the Ukrainian Jahodyn ( Ягодин ) is handled at the road border crossing and the Dorohusk border station .
