The Gmina Solec Kujawski [ ˈsɔlɛts kuˈjafsci ] is an urban-and-rural municipality in the powiat Bydgoski of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship in Poland . Its seat is the city ​​of the same name ( German Schulitz ) with about 15,700 inhabitants.
