The Gmina Uniejów [ uˈɲɛjuf ] is a town-and-country municipality in the Powiat Poddębicki of the Łódź Voivodeship in Poland . Its seat is the spa town of the same name ( German Uniejow ) with about 3000 inhabitants.

The municipality is located in the west of the Voivodeship and borders on the Greater Poland Voivodeship to the west and north . The Warta is one of the waters .
