The Gmina Ustrzyki Dolne is an urban-and-rural municipality in the powiat Bieszczadzki in the Subcarpathian Voivodeship in Poland . Its seat is the city of the same name with about 9200 inhabitants.

The municipality borders Ukraine in the east . The traffic routes include the Droga krajowa 84 (DK 84) and the Sanok railway line . Waters are the Strwiąż ( Ukrainian Стривігор), which flows into the Dniester .
