The Gmina Zagórz is an urban-and-rural municipality in the powiat Sanocki of the Subcarpathian Voivodeship in Poland . Its seat is the city of the same name with about 5100 inhabitants.
The municipality is located in the Pogórze Bukowskie hills . One of the waters is the Osława , which flows into the San north of the city .
