Mitch McCullum meets with the mayor's daughter, who is murdered that night. He is then suspected of the act. The mayor assigns Mace, who used to work as a police officer, to watch McCullum.
Mace realizes that someone wants to kill McCullum and is also trying to kill him. He finds out that the killer is a cop. One of the people at risk is the prostitute Sarah, who had a relationship with McCullum as well as Mace.

The lexicon of international films wrote that the film was an " undemanding crime film, spiced with a little eroticism, but without internal logic ".
Rotten Tomatoes praised Pamela Anderson's erotic presence.
