Fine Friends ( Gooische Vrouwen ) is a Dutch television series developed by Dutch entertainer Linda de Mol . The series concept ties in with successful formats such as Sex and the City and Desperate Housewives . In 2009, Linda de Mol announced that the series would end after the fifth season. In 2011 a film was released in Dutch cinemas. The German version is broadcast by ZDF , but stopped broadcasting after the first season due to the low level of audience interest.

The well-known pop singer Martin Morero and his wife Cheryl move into their new house in Blaricum (Blaricum is located in a posh area near Amsterdam, called " Het Gooi "). Their house is still unfinished, but they both want to have a party the following day that they want to invite the neighborhood to. The three friends Willemijn Lodewijkx, Anouk Verschuur and Claire van Kampen get to know each other at this party.
The series is about four friends, Cheryl, Willemijn, Claire and Anouk.

- Cheryl Morero is married to the famous pop singer Martin Morero, with whom she moves to Blaricum, near Amsterdam .
- Willemijn Lodewijkx is a loving mother of three and a frustrated wife.
- Anouk Verschuur is an artist and lives alone with her daughter and gets to know good-looking men at every opportunity.
- Claire van Kampen is a successful lawyer and has a daughter. She is initially critical of the Moreros.
The series in other countries
The series is also represented in other countries. The broadcast in the production country, the Netherlands , is very successful there, also in Belgium and France. In Germany, however, the series only attracts a small number of viewers. A remake of the series was produced and broadcast in Serbia .

- For the German version the voices are synchronized. Linda de Mol dubbed her own voice.
