Gottlieb Karl Huber , from 1867 by Huber , (born April 6, 1817 in Ludwigsburg , † December 6, 1882 in Heilbronn ) was a lawyer and member of the German Reichstag .

Life

Huber was born the son of Duke Paul von Württemberg's secretary . He attended high school and the polytechnic school in Ludwigsburg and the universities of Tübingen and Heidelberg . He first studied mathematics and astronomy , and later law . During his studies he became a member of the Giovannia Tübingen fraternity in 1836 and of the Germania Tübingen fraternity in 1837 . In 1840 he passed the first state examination and in 1842 the second state examination. After traveling through Italy, France, England and Scandinavia, he was employed as a judge in 1842. In 1842 he became senior court actuary in Langenburg, in 1846 assessor at the court in Esslingen, later at the court in Ulm, in 1851 senior justice advisor at the criminal senate of the court in Ulm, in 1865 councilor at the civil senate of the higher tribunal in Stuttgart, 1865 member of the higher commercial court in Stuttgart, 1867 attorney general, 1868 director of the district court in Heilbronn, also from 1871 member of the Württemberg State Court. From 1879 to 1882 he was then President of the Heilbronn Regional Court .

From 1875 to 1878 he was a member of the German Reichstag for the constituency of Württemberg 3 ( Heilbronn , Besigheim , Brackenheim , Neckarsulm ) and the National Liberal Party , which appeared in Württemberg as the German party . He won a by-election for the late MP Friedrich Eduard Mayer on September 23, 1875 .

Huber was Commander of the Order of the Württemberg Crown , Commander 2nd Class of the Order of Frederick and from 1872 to 1874 Chairman of the Harmony Society in Heilbronn.

From 1870 he was married to Marie Bläß, a daughter of the Heilbronn white lead producer Bläß . The marriage had a son and a daughter.
