Grégory Gadebois (born July 24, 1976 in Gruchet-le-Valasse , Département Seine-Maritime ) is a French actor .

Life

Gadebois first attended the Conservatoire de Rouen in the late 1990s and then from 2000 to 2003 was a student in the acting classes of Catherine Hiegel and Dominique Valadié at the Conservatoire national supérieur d'art dramatique , from which he graduated with a diploma.

After his training, Gadebois first played theater and was in plays such as Foi, Amour, Espérance - in 2003 at the Théâtre du Peuple in Bussang and in 2004 at the Théâtre de Sartrouville et des Yvelines and at the Théâtre national de la Colline - and Les Fables (2004) at the Comédie-Française to see. He became a member of the Comédie-Française in February 2006, which he remained until 2011. One of his most important roles in 2006 was Cyrano de Bergerac in a production by Denis Podalydès .

Gadebois had already played a small role in the movie Le chignon d'Olga for the first time in 2002 . He was initially committed to supporting roles in film and television. Gadebois first starred in Alix Delaporte's Angèle and Tony in 2010. For his portrayal of the fisherman Tony, Gadebois won the César for Best Young Actor in 2012 . For his role in Mon âme par toi guérie (2013) he was nominated for the first time for a César for Best Actor in 2014 .
