Gruchet-le-Valasse is a municipality in the Pays de Caux . The Commerce , a tributary of the Seine, flows through the municipality . Gruchet-le-Valasse is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Bolbec in the north, Beuzevillette in the northeast, Lintot in the east, La Trinité-du-Mont and Lillebonne in the southeast, Saint-Antoine-la-Forêt in the south and southwest, and Saint-Eustache-la -Forêt to the west.
