Foucart is located about 40 kilometers east-northeast of Le Havre in the Pays de Caux . Foucart is surrounded by the neighboring communities Terres-de-Caux in the north and north-west, Cléville in the east, Alvimare in the south-east, Trouville in the south and Bolleville in the west and south-west.
