Lintot is a French municipality with 449 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Seine-Maritime in the region Normandy . It belongs to the arrondissement of Le Havre and the canton of Notre-Dame-de-Gravenchon (until 2015: canton of Bolbec ).

Lintot is located about 34 kilometers east-northeast of Le Havre in the Pays de Caux . Lintot is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Beuzevillette in the north and north-west, Trouville in the east and north-east, Grand-Camp in the east and south-east, Port-Jérôme-sur-Seine in the south-east, La Frenaye in the south, Lillebonne and La Trinité-du-Mont in the Southwest and Gruchet-le-Valasse in the west.
