Saint-Antoine-la-Forêt is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Bolbec in the north, Gruchet-le-Valasse in the east and northeast, Lillebonne in the southeast, Saint-Jean-de-Folleville in the south and southeast, Saint-Nicolas-de-la- Waist in the south, Mélamare in the west and Saint-Eustache-la-Forêt in the northwest.
