It belongs to the Arrondissement of Le Havre , the canton of Octeville-sur-Mer and the Communauté d'agglomération Havraise . The inhabitants are called Octevillais .
geography
Octeville-sur-Mer is located on the southern alabaster coast of the English Channel . Octeville-sur-Mer is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Cauville-sur-Mer in the north, Fontenay in the northeast, Montivilliers in the east, Fontaine-la-Mallet in the southeast and Le Havre in the south. Part of Le Havre Airport ( Aéroport du Havre-Octeville ) is located in the municipality.
